What makes us different from other staffing agencies?  We have case management on staff.  We assess all of our associates and help them with any housing, child care or life issues that will be a barrier to employment.  Our goal is to prepare associates to quickly step into their role with a company, but be able to maintain a job while balancing their life outside the workplace.   It is our goal to alleviate any barriers that will hinder an employee to get and keep a job.   In addition, we have van services to assist them with transportation if location is not on the bus line, bus pass, and personal protection equipment assistance for our associates.  We also offer Paid Time Off and a 401K plan.
